General terms and conditions

  • For stays shorter than three nights there is an additional charge of 30% of the price
  • Extra beds cost 5 Euro/night
  • Arrival time from 13.00 pm and departure before 10.00 am.
  • A reservation is confirmed after a pre-payment of EUR 100.-
  • A cancellation is possible until 15 days before the arrival day
  • No-shows are charged with 50% of the price
  • Use of air condition 4h per day free of charge, the rest at a price of 0.5 € per hour

About us:

We have built our apartment house in the middle of a century old olive plantation located on a rock about 20 meters from the sea. Just close by there are two small beaches with caillou. Our guests reach the beaches in less than 3 minutes and oftentimes go there several times per day. That is a rare privilige, even in Pisak which our guests appreciate and many return to us year after year. ANJA has totally 6 apartments for rent; two for 2+1 guests and 4 for 4+1 guests. All apartments are modern with air-conditioning, satellite TV and an internet connection. Each apartment has a large shady terrace facing the see. To every apartment there is a parking place and all guests have access to a barbercue with wood and charcoal. Fees, a parking place, satellite TV and internet are included in the price. The useage of the aircondition is free of charge up to 10 hours per week. At ”ANJA” we speak fluently German, French, Italian and English.
